Remuneration is highly controversial topic in employment sector. This has produced polarized opinions, some cognitive critics think that country must stop that and restrict some fix amount of salaries while others have opposite view. I totally disagree with the view of fixed wages. I would articulate the same perspective in forthcoming paragraphs.
There are numerous factor why people get higher amount of salaries. the paramount concrete reason is that qualification as well as capabilities. Nowadays,education becomes very expensive and time consuming.Also it requires high efficiency work and determination. For instance, doctors who spend almost six years for graduation and another three years for post graduation. Additionally, medical courses have high tuition fees. Consequently, after study doctors deserve high salaries. Other significant reason is some job have high tense situation and responsibilities. For example, civil services is very stressful job as well as comes with challenging work. So, definitely police officers and civil men wants high rewards from nation.
However, people thought that country must create a boundary for the wages. Nowadays, many European countries, who pay salaries to employees such as scientist, engineer and doctors. Thus, people of developing and underdeveloped countries migrate for better livelihood which may create some negative in some countries.
In synopsis, it is irrefutable that salaries have been accelerated in few years and what I believe is that salaries should decided base of capabilities and academic certificates because they spend time and money for achieving job. Therefore, nation may not make a limit, which may distract mankind.
